Bharat Horns | Infrastructure

The massive plant for Bharat Horns is spread in a vast land of 32678 Sq. meters of area. This huge plot of land is capable of installing a large number of machinery and fully equipped infrastructure facilities. Within this, 8000 Sq. meters of land is used up in the construction of the plant, offices, and other buildings. Apart from this, lush greenery is also a common sight that resides in the vicinity of the plant for up to 17578 sq. meters of land. Roads for transportation and open space take up to 7100sq.meters of the land.

MANUFACTURING FACILITIES

The milk reaches the plant in trucks and containers which are then emptied at the filling station. The milk from here proceeds to disk filtration, pasteurization, and standardization at optimum temperatures. It is then sent to milk storage tanks that operate at less than 5°c. Meanwhile, a sample of milk is sent to the fully equipped quality analysis lab to make sure that only the best quality milk reaches our customers. After all these processes, UV testing affirms the good quality of milk and it is then sent for packaging, which from there, is dispatched.

Fully operational infrastructure makes the production of large amounts of products possible. The processing capacity of raw milk is 4lakh litres everyday, which is an impeccable feat to achieve for any new brand like ours. The processing capacities of other products include 1lakh litres of milk, 0.5lakh litres of Buttermilk, and 1.5T ghee which are also packed per day. 30T milk powder, 30T butter, 10 metrics curd, 30metricT skimmed milk, and 20,000L ice creams also fall in the capacity of being processed every day at our highly efficient plant.

We are only determined to become better day by day and grow as much as we can to be one of the leading dairy brands in the country someday. We never compromise quality with quantity, and thus, these achievements are complementary to the quality product that we produce.

Apart from this, our plant provides great employment in the nearby villages of Mehsana. Our goal of contributing to national development has been resolute and determined. In the year 2016, MDFL was officially established and that was the first stepping stone of our success. Considering our increasing national and international growth, we adopted a new name for our brand which is in use even today, BHARAT HORNS.
